Seagraves.... Funeral Services for Thomas Woodard McKinzie, 85, of Seagraves will be held at 10:00 A.M. Saturday, May 11, 2024, in the First Baptist Church of Seagraves with Rev. Dan Reynolds officiating. Interment following in the Gaines County Memorial Cemetery in Seminole under the direction of Ratliff Funeral Home of Seagraves.

Woody passed away on Monday May 6,2024 in Terry County.

Woody was a member of First Baptist Church and had resided in Seagraves since 1950. Woody was employed by Southwestern Public Service for 15 years before opening McKenzie Insurance in 1978 till retirement in 2021. Woody was also co-owner of Five Points Gin and an avid golfer.

Woody was proceeded in death by his wife, Annie Pearle and son Alan McKinzie. Along with his parents and brother Gerald F. McKinzie.

Woody is survived by son Monty McKenzie and wife Mona; sister Barbara Chidester; two Grandchildren, Monica Boney and husband Ezra, Miki Adams and husband Evan; five Great Grandchildren, Keegan Adams, Wyatt Adams, Lillie Adams, Cora Boney and Kyla Boney along with one Great Great Grandchild, Rachel Turner.

Visitation will be held Friday, May 10 from 5:00-6:30 P.M. at the Ratliff Funeral Home Chapel, Seagraves, Texas.
