Petra Pacheco Loya, of Denver City, Texas, passed away on December 30, 2023, in Lubbock, Texas. Funeral Services will be held on Friday, January 5, 2024, at Trinity Baptist Church in Denver City, Texas at 2:00 p.m. with Pastor Jesse Garcia officiating. Visitation will be on Wednesday, January 3, 2024, and Thursday, January 4, 2023, from 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m., in the Ratliff Funeral Home Chapel, in Denver City, Texas. Arrangements and services are under the direction of Ratliff Funeral Homes of Denver City, Texas.

Petra Pacheco Loya was born in Chihuahua, Mexico on July 24, 1956, to Lorenzo A. and Carmen Nevarrez Pacheco.

She was preceded in death by her mother, Carmen N. Pacheco and a granddaughter, Annalee Ravile Loya.

She is survived by her husband David Loya; a son Jose P. Loya and wife Charita; a daughter Leeanna P. Loya, all of Denver City, Texas; two grandchildren.
