Nellie May Estes

Graveside Services for Nellie May Estes, 75, of Seagraves, Texas, will be held at 10:00 A.M., Monday, September 12, 2022, in the Gaines County Cemetery of Seagraves, Texas with Bro. Gary McLendon officiating, under the direction of Ratliff Funeral Home, Denver City, Texas.

Nellie passed away September 9, 2022 in Denver City.

Nellie was born December 28, 1946, in Brownfield, Texas to E.W and Suzzie Grounds Sellers. She married Walter Estes in 1975 in Clovis, New Mexico. Nellie worked at Sellers Steak House Restaurant for many years and she was a member of the First Assembly of God Church of Seagraves.

Nellie was preceded in death by her parents; a sister Lena Graumann; a brother E.W. Sellers; and a daughter-in-law Frances Carlisle.

Nellie is survived by her two sons Brian Carlisle and Patrisha Manzano, Larry “Buddy” Carlisle and Marie Bailey all of Seagraves; along with five grandchildren; four great grandchildren; and one great-great grandchild.
