Seminole……Funeral Service for Melvon Seay, will be held at 10:00 A.M., Thursday, January 2, 2025, at Transformation Church, Seminole, Texas under the direction of Ratliff Funeral Home, Seminole, Texas, officiated by Tod Delay.


Melvon Seay passed away December 29, 2024, in Andrews, Texas.


Melvon was born June 8, 1952, in Seminole, Texas to Amos Seay and Oma Bell.


Melvon served in the United States Army in Vietnam in 1971-1973, he married Ann Seay who preceded him in death in 2014, he was a Yard Manager for Basic Energy Services and Pate Trucking for many years.


Melvon was preceded in death by his wife Ann on July 8, 2014, his parents Amos and Oma Seay, a brother Malcom, and a daughter Kimberly in 2004.


Melvon is survived by his son Kenneth Seay and girlfriend Jaime Duncan, two daughters Amy Gagnet and husband Paul, Ashleigh Seay, six grandchildren Ashton, Brandon, Bailey, Kylee, Devin, Weston, and several great grandchildren, and a brother Mack Seay.



Family and friend’s visitation will be held on Wednesday, January 1, 2025,

From 2:00 P.M. to 8:00 P.M. at the Ratliff Funeral Home in Seminole, Texas.


In lieu of flowers, the family requested Memorials be made to Wounded Warrior Project.org.
