Funeral Services for Melissa Gafford will be held on Saturday, June 13, 2026, at 10:00 A.M. at Living Hope Foursquare Church in Brownfield, Texas officiated by Rev. Mike Morin, under the direction of Ratliff Funeral Homes Brownfield.

Melissa Gayle Gafford passed away June 6, 2026, in Ft. Worth, Texas.

Melissa was born August 27, 1977, in Arlington, Texas to Gayle Dean and Norma Jean Gafford.

Melissa graduated from Monterey High School in 1996 and became owner of Resin N Shine. She enjoyed arts and crafts.

Melissa was preceded in death by her father Gayle Dean Gafford and her grandparents Raymond and Dean Haywood, and Jessie and Ovie Kirby.

Melissa is survived by her son Kyson Gafford, a daughter Camden Christopher, her mother Norma Jean Gafford, a sister Michelle Edgell, and a grand daughter Allison Cutshall.

Family and friend's visitation will be held on Friday, June 12, 2026, from 5:30 P.M.to 7:30 P.M. at Ratliff Funeral Homes Brownfield.
