Funeral Mass for Maria Carmen Rocha, 69, of Denver City, Texas will be held at 10:00 A.M. Saturday, July 30, 2022 in the St. William Catholic Church with Father Eduardo Teo and Father Joseph Thanavelil officiating, with interment following in the Denver City Memorial Park under the direction of Ratliff Funeral Home of Denver City

Carmen passed away Wednesday, July 27, 2022 in Denver City, Texas.

Carmen was born on August 19, 1952 in Lamesa, Texas to Apolinar and Sofia Barbosa Lopez.  Carmen was a soft spoken, kind, loving women that never met a stranger.  She was a member of the St. Williams Catholic Church, you will be missed by all those that loved you.

She was preceded in death by her mother Sofia Barbosa Lopez.

Carmen is survived by her daughter Gloria (Mickey) Newman and her husband David of Fritch; a son Adam Garza and his wife Becky of Odessa; a sister Estella Hernandez and her husband Angel of Denver City; along with two grandchildren Christa Newman and Jacob Newman both of Fort Worth.

Rosary is be recited on Friday, July 29, 2022 from 7:00 P.M. to 8:00 P.M in the Ratliff Funeral Home Chapel of Denver City.
