Margarita Garza

Funeral services for Margarita Flores Garza, 73, of Plains, Texas, will be held at 1:00 P.M. Monday, April 3, 2023, at Sacred Heart Catholic Church Plains, Texas with Father Eduardo Teo officiating.

Interment will follow in the Plains Cemetery, Plains Texas, under the direction of Ratliff Funeral Homes.

Visitation and reflection of life will be held Sunday, April 2, 2023 from 8:00 A.M. until 8:00 P.M. with rosary beginning at 6:00 P.M. in the Ratliff Funeral Home Chapel.

She passed away March 30, 2023, in Lubbock, Texas.

Margarita was born October 23, 1949, to Santana Flores and Mary B. Barrera, in Odessa, Texas.

She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband Rey; and a daughter Michelle.

Margarita is survived by her sons: Carlos Torres (Crissy), Robert Torres (Patricia) and Michael Ty Garza; two daughters: Denise Torres, Amy Morales (Bass); brothers: Santana Flores Jr., Sammy Flores; six sisters: Vickie Garza, Geneva Solis, Minnie Hernandez, Linda Vasquez, Louie Limon, Lori Flores.
