James Ross Swadley

Memorial services for James Ross Swadley Jr., 79, of Denver City, Texas, will be held at Church of Christ in Denver City, Texas on Saturday, March 23, 2024, at 2:00 P.M. Arrangements are under the direction of Ratliff Funeral Home in Denver City, Texas with Bro. Skip Rodgers officiating.

James passed away on February 28, 2024, at his residence, in Denver City, Texas.

James was born to his parents James Ross Swadley Sr. and Opal Lorene Trebbe on November 7, 1944 in Texoma, Texas.

He loved working with his hands doing woodwork, loved fishing and grew strawberries.

He was preceded in death by his parents.

He is survived by his wife, Rhonda Swadley; a son, James Allen Swadley; daughters, Kristie Hix, Lorie house and husband, Jody, Danielle Conde; two sisters, Sharon Bright, Marilyn Pearce; nine grandchildren and eight great grandchildren.
