Seminole…. Funeral Services for Jacob Harms Elias, will be held at 10:00 A.M., Thursday, September 11, 2025, at Gospel Mission Church under the direction of Ratliff Funeral Home, Seminole, Texas, officiated by Rev. Peter Thiessen

Jacob Harms Elias was born in a Mennonite Colony in Chihuahua, Mexico on March 27, 1966, and passed away in his sleep on September 8, 2025, in Seminole, Texas. Jacob had a deep love for his family and friends. He will be dearly missed.

His is survived by his wife Trudy Elias of thirty three years, three children, daughter Annie Elias and husband Corny Froese of Seminole, Texas, son Jacob Elias and wife Elizabeth of Wolfforth, Texas, son Martin Elias of Seminole, Texas, one brother George Elias and wife Maria of Seminole, Texas, three sisters Helen Martens and husband Frank of Seminole, Texas, Mary Unger and husband Jacob of Mexico, Annie Wiebe and husband Abram of Mexico, five grandchildren Shelby, Brady, Hailey, Riley, and Bryson.

Jacob is preceded in death by his parents Helen and Jacob Elias, his stepmom Anna, two brothers Peter Elias and Pancho Elias and daughter Lesa Elias.

A family and friends’ visitation will be held on Wednesday, September 10, 2025, from 9:00 A.M. to 8:00 P.M.
