Funeral services for Gabino Saenz Marquez, 93, of Denver City, Texas will be held at 9:00 A.M., Monday, July 29, 2024, at the First Assembly of God with Pastor Ernesto Gonzalez officiating. Visitation will be held on Saturday and Sunday, July 27 & 28, 2024 from 8:00 A.M. – 8:00 P.M. in the Ratliff Funeral Home chapel. Arrangements are under the direction of Ratliff Funeral Home in Denver City.

Gabino passed away on July 25, 2024, in Denver City, Texas.

Gabino was born March 26, 1931, in Coyame, Chihuahua, Mexico, to Silvestre and Susanna Saenz Marquez. He worked in farming.

He was preceded in death by his parents; four sons, Pablo, Felix, Rumaldo, and Jose Alfredo; three brothers, Francisco-Silvestre, Dario, Pomposa; four sisters, Lupe, Manuela, Licha, Lata.

Left behind to cherish his memory is his wife of twenty-two years, Petra Marquez; two sons, Jesus Marquez and Michael Marquez; a daughter, Eladia Navarrete; many grandchildren, great grandchildren and several great-great grandchildren.
