Erasmo fallecio el 3 de Julio de 2022 en Fabens, Texas.

Erasmo nacio el 12 de Febrero de 1947 a Juan Montoya y Jovita Aranda Salazar en Chihuahua, Mexico.  Erasmo trabajo en la industria petrolera durante muchos anos.  Le gustaba estar afuera escuchando musica.  Le encantaba ver a sus hijos y mas que nada le encantaba pasar tiempo con sus nietos y bisnietos.  Erasmo era un hombre amable y carinoso que estaba lleno de vida sin importar la situacion, siempre tenia una sonrisa en su rostro.  El sera extranado por todos los que lo amaban y conocian.

Fue precedido en la muerte por sus padres y su esposa Gloria Salazar (1 de Diciembre de 2020).

Erasmo le sobreviven sus dos hijos Erasmo Salazar Jr. y Jesus H. Salazar ambos de Seminole; dos hijas Maria Jovita Salazar de Redford, Tx y Sara Gomez de Seminole; su hermana Elvira Luna de Odessa; dos hermanos Jose Luis Salazar de Oklahoma y Juan Salazar de Mexico; junto con quince nietos y nueve bisnietos.





Graveside Services for Erasmo Aranda Salazar, 75, will be held at 2:00 PM, Thursday July 7, 2022 in the Gaines County Cemetery, with Andy Peters officiating, under the direction of Ratliff Funeral Home of Seminole.

He passed away July 3, 2022 in Fabens, Texas.

Erasmo was born February 12, 1947 to Juan Montoya and Jovita Aranda Salazar in Mulato, Chihuahua Mexico. Erasmo worked in the Oilfield Industry for many years. He enjoyed sitting outside listening to music. He loved seeing his children and more than anything he loved spending time with his grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Erasmo was a kind loving man who was full of life regardless of the situation, he always had a smile on his face. He will be missed by all who knew him.

He was preceded in death by his parents and his wife Gloria Salazar.

Erasmo is survived by his sons Erasmo Salazar Jr. and Jesus H. Salazar both of Seminole; two daughters Maria Jovita Salazar of Redford, Tx and Sara Gomez of Seminole; his sister Elvira Luna of Odessa; two brothers Jose Luis Salazar of Oklahoma and Juan Salazar of Mexico. Along with fifteen grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren.
