Memorial services for Ellis Morales Jr., age 63, of Denver City, Texas will be held on Tuesday, January 17, 2023 from 9:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. at the Ratliff Funeral Home Chapel in Denver City.

Ellis passed away on January 13, 2023 in Lubbock, Texas.

He was born January 28, 1959 to Ellis Morales Sr. and Esther Manzano in Denver City, Texas.

Ellis was a life long resident of Denver City and worked in the oil and gas industry. He loved his grandsons more than anything.

Ellis is proceeded in death by his parents and his brother Larry Morales.

He is survived by his sisters Yvonne Droogsman and husband Greg of Denver City, TX, Betty Troyer of Tyler, TX, and Debbie Morales of Austin, TX; his brothers Carl Morales of Snyder, TX and Paul Morales of Kerrville, TX; sons Brandon Morales and husband Geoffrey of Austin, TX, and Jerod Morales and wife April of Austin, TX; grandsons Elijah Morales, Asher Morales, Miles Morales, and Jed Morales of Austin, TX; and numerous nieces and nephews.
