Concepcion Tovar De Romo

Funeral Mass for Concepcion Tovar De Romo, 82, of Denver City, Texas will be held at 10:00 A.M. Thursday, October 6, 2022 in the St. William Catholic Church with Father Eduardo Teo officiating, with interment following in the Denver City Memorial Park under the direction of Ratliff Funeral Home of Denver City.

Concepcion passed away Monday, October 3, 2022 in Denver City, Texas.

Concepcion was born on June 20, 1940 in Piedras Negras Coahuila, Mexico to Ignacio and Fransica Garcia Tovar. Concepcion married David Romo on January 6, 1961 in Piedras Negras Coahuila, Mexico. She was a homemaker and a member of the St. Williams Catholic Church of Denver City. She will be greatly missed by her family and friends that dearly loved her.

She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband David Romo; two sons Jose David Romo Tovar, Raul Romo Tovar; a daughter Concepcion Romo Ortega; a grandson Miguel Angel Pineda.

Concepcion is survived by her three daughters Juanita Romo Moreno of Hobbs, Maria Romo Pineda of Denver City, Maria Guadalupe Romo Pineda of Denver City; two sons Ignacio Romo Tovar of Eagle Pass, Jose Javier Romo Tovar of San Antonio; along with nineteen grandchildren; thirty-four great grandchildren.

Rosary is be recited on Wednesday, October 5, 2022 at 6:00 P.M. in the Ratliff Funeral Home Chapel of Denver City.
