Chelsea Jean-Anne Ledvina

Funeral services for Chelsea Jean-Anne Stroud Ledvina, will be held at 2:00 pm on Wednesday, March 27, 2024, at First Baptist Church with Rev. Kyle Streun officiating. Visitation will be at 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm on Tuesday, March 26, 2024, at Ratliff Funeral Home in Denver City, Texas. Arrangements are under the direction of Troy Ratliff and Ratliff Funeral Home.

Chelsea was born on January 20, 1989, to Glen Stroud and Charlotte Gatlin Stroud in Lubbock, Texas. She passed away on March 22, 2024, at the age of 35.

Chelsea graduated Valedictorian of DCHS in 2007, then graduated from Texas Tech in 2012 with a Bachelors in Psychology. Chelsea achieved a degree from SMU in 2015 with a Master’s of Science in Psychology and Counseling. Chelsea loved her nieces, nephews and all of the children she counseled. Her business was Anchor of Hope Counseling in Lubbock.

She was preceded in death by her grandfather’s Tommy Gatlin and L.C. Duke, grandmother’s Lanell Duke and Karen Gatlin, father-in-law, Ed Ledvina, and her beloved aunt Jackie. She is survived by her husband, David Ledvina; her parents, Glen and Charlotte Stroud; two brothers, Zachary Stroud, Jacob Stroud and fiancé Elisia Janee; her mother-in-law, Linda Ledvina and sister-in-law Lisa Schullenberg; nieces and nephews, Ethan, Stevie, Elaina, Emily, Van, Rosie; her grandmothers, Faye Mitchell, Judy Waller; numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.
