Funeral Services for Carol Ann Hardaway, 76, of Robert Lee, Texas will be held at 1:00 P.M. on Monday, November 17, 2025, at Ratliff Funeral Home Chapel in Seminole, Texas followed by an Interment at Gaines County Memorial (North) Cemetery, under the direction of Ratliff Funeral Homes Seminole.

Carol was born on December 10, 1948, Olney, Texas and passed from this earth on November 13, 2025, at Shinnery Oaks Nursing Home Denver City, Texas.

Carol was born to the late Fred and Margaret Murphee. She married Larry Davis on July 8, 1967, in Seminole, Texas, and married Tom Hardaway several years later. Carol had worked as an appraiser for the Coke County Appraisal District for thirty years and retired in 2017.

She is preceded in death by her parents Fred and Margaret Murphee, husband Larry Davis and second husband Tom Hardaway.

Carol is survived by two sisters Donna Wood and husband Mack of Seminole, Texas, and Sandra Dushane of Andrews, Texas along with nephews, Jimmy Wood and wife Gale of Seminole, Texas, Steve Dushane of Andrews, Texas, and Dwayne Dushane and wife Sherry of Andrews, Texas, Tommy Wood of San Angelo, Texas and niece Dana Hopkins of Seminole, Texas. Several great nieces and nephews.

The family suggest memorials to be made to Alzheimer’s Association of Greater West Texas Chapter.
