Ascencion Ayala Aguilar

Ascención Aguilar funeral services will be held on Friday, October 13, 2023 at St. Williams Catholic Church in Denver City, Texas at 10:00 a.m. with Father Eduardo Teo officiating, arrangements and services are under the direction of Ratliff Funeral Homes of Denver City, Texas.

Ascención was born in Paredón, Coahuila, Mexico on May 28, 1949, the son of Ascención Ayala and Aurora Aguilar. He worked as a vacuum truck driver at Five Star for fifty years in Denver City, Texas. Ascención was part of the Knights of Columbus in Denver, City.

He is preceded in death by his parents, Ascención Ayala and Aurora Aguilar; and three siblings. He is survived by his wife Lucia Aguilar, of Denver City, Texas, two sons Arturo Aguilar of Midland, Texas, Jaime Aguilar of Denver City, Texas; a daughter Cynthia Ruedas, of Midland, Texas; seven grandchildren and two great-grandchildren. Ascencion is also survived by five brothers and four sisters.
