Amy Lee Morales

Amy Morales, 51, passed away on Friday, August 14, 2026, in Lubbock, Texas.

Amy was born on April 26, 1975, in Seminole, Texas, to Reynaldo Garza and Margarita Flores Garza. She married Basilio Morales on October 31, 1997, in Plains, Texas. Amy was a devoted homemaker who dedicated her life to her family.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Reynaldo and Margarita Garza; one brother, Robert Torres; and one sister, Michelle Rubio.

Amy is survived by her husband, Basilio Morales; one son, Raygen Morales; one daughter, Raeann Vega and husband Jonathan; two brothers, Carlos Torres and Ty Garza; one sister, Denise Torres; and three grandchildren, Kian Vega, Amias Vega, and Malia Vega.

Visitation will be held from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. on Friday, August 21, 2026, at First Baptist Church in Plains, Texas.

Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday, August 22, 2026, at First Baptist Church in Plains, with Rev. Patrick Hamilton officiating.

Arrangements are under the direction of Troy Ratliff and Ratliff Funeral Homes.
